Functions and Sundowners

The Pink Duck can cater for any occasion, from birthdays, reunions or simple get-togethers

to anniversaries, engagements, and even weddings or wakes.

We are situated at 59 Rockingham Beach road with stunning views over looking Churchill

Park and the Ocean. Unlike some venues we don’t charge a venue or room hire for your

function. Please find attached our Platter Options for your perusal. Drinks can be provided

by tab or cash bar arrangement.

 

Alternatively we can supply you with a set menu of Gourmet finger food with a price range

starting at $20 per person.  We cater to a variety of tastes, and can provide dishes such as

sushi, sliders, gourmet pies and garlic prawns as well as a large range of antipasto and

desserts.  We can easily offer vegan and gluten free options as well if needed and can also

accommodate a drink’s tab if you wish. We have plenty of functions all year round with

varying numbers and always prove hugely successful.

 

We have a VIP stage area sectioned off with stainless steel balustrading, slightly raised and

available for between 18 – 30 people. We also have an Alfresco area which in Winter can be

semi-closed with beautiful styled gas heaters, or left more open in the warmer months. This

area can cater from 25 up to 50 people. Or if you require additional space, various sections

of the venue can be sectioned off for your private use. Exclusive use of the venue can be

made available by special arrangement for larger functions.

Sponsorship and Fundraising

The Pink Duck Beach Bar and Bistro has unique and vibrant ways of providing a fundraising event for

your chosen charity, sporting club, school or community project. We take pride in establishing

ourselves as being the most community active Beach Bar and Bistro in WA.

The Pink Duck Beach Bar and Bistro is situated at 59 Rockingham Beach road on the Beautiful

Rockingham Foreshore with stunning views overlooking Churchill Park and the glistening Indian

Ocean. We believe we have the best location to showcase and raise money as a way of sponsorship

for your chosen charity.

Are you motivated to raise money and awareness for your chosen project? Whether it be an

illness, school fundraiser or local sporting club we can help.

Your extent of the fundraising/sponsorship is to sell at least 100 tickets at $20 each, for a Sundowner

at the Pink Duck Beach Bar and Bistro, which includes gourmet finger food, live entertainment, fun

and games. We then donate at least $1500 back to you whilst we keep $500 to contribute to some

of the food and entertainment costs. You then have an amazing function with over one hundred

guests where as to promote raffles, games and any donations. The PDBBB will also give you some

vouchers to raffle off on the day. Most Sundowners raise between $2500 to $4000 without you

having to provide a thing. Just time and a small amount of effort.

Sound too good to be true?? Well it isn’t! Mark Pink the owner of the Pink Duck is just a community

minded person who loves being able to help. The best time slots to hold Sundowners are Saturday

and Sunday Afternoons starting at 3pm to 6pm. For any additional information please call me on
